Manage or cancel your subscription
The button opens your secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel, change your payment method, see your next renewal date, and download invoices. (Login required.)
How to cancel your subscription
- Click the “Manage subscription” button above (while logged in).
- In the Stripe billing portal, choose “Cancel plan.”
- You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
If the button does not work or says no subscription was found, make sure you are logged in with the same email you used to pay. If it still fails, contact us below.
Refund policy
You can cancel anytime. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro for the rest of the period you already paid for.
We generally do not refund unused time on a subscription you chose to cancel. However, if you were charged by mistake, double-charged, or something went wrong, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
One-time AI credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used.

When does my subscription renew? Where do I see my expiry date?
Pro renews automatically every month (or year). Open the Stripe portal with the “Manage subscription” button to see your next renewal date, which is also when the current period ends.
If I cancel, do I lose access immediately?
No. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account automatically returns to the free plan.
How do I change my payment method?
Open the Stripe portal with the “Manage subscription” button and add or update your card there.
What happens to my AI credits if I cancel?
Credits you already have remain usable until they expire. The monthly Pro credit grant only continues while your subscription is active.
I need an invoice or receipt.
You can download a PDF of every payment from the Stripe portal.
